CRS Clean (SW) Ltd is a leading independent Flood and Fire Restoration Service in the South West. Being a local company we can offer our services with unparalleled customer service and efficiency.
Managed and run by our Managing Director Matthew Young, his many years of experience in the Armed Forces and NHS means our standards and quality of workmanship are exceptional, with a big focus on attention to detail and customer care.
Our staff have many years of experience in the industry, trained to nationally recognised standards and as a company we hold full public and employers liability insurance.
We operate from our head office in Torquay however we cover Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset with dedicated technicians based in strategic areas to cover the South West with a highly proficient service.

Matthew Young
Director
Matt began his working journey at the age of 16 when he enlisted in the British Army. From his perspective, this period of his life instilled the strong work ethic, discipline, and personal values he carries today. During his military career, he completed two tours of Afghanistan and one tour of Iraq.
After seven years in the Army, Matt decided it was time for a new chapter and returned home to Torquay.
Upon leaving the Army, he successfully joined the Ambulance Service as an Emergency Care Assistant, working alongside Paramedics on frontline ambulances. Matt describes this period as both challenging and rewarding, working with extraordinary people in extremely difficult and often unimaginable situations.
Although he greatly enjoyed his role within the Ambulance Service, a close family friend was preparing to retire from a business Matt was already familiar with, and he felt it was the right opportunity to take on a new challenge.
Matt took over Complete Restoration Services Ltd, which had successfully traded for more than 20 years under its previous owner. From the outset, he was determined to absorb and build upon the wealth of knowledge and experience established within the business.
Today, CRS has grown to become one of the largest independent regional providers of Flood and Fire Restoration Services in the South West. Although Matt holds the position of Director, he still plays an active hands-on role in the field, something he thoroughly enjoys.
Zoe Donnelly
Office Manager
Zoe also began her working life at the age of 16, working in a busy newsagents in Torquay town centre. Within 18 months, she was promoted to Store Manager on her 18th birthday.
In December 2000, Zoe was offered a role as a Comet Administrator. In this position, she was responsible for supervising a team of cashiers, delivering training, assisting with operational activities, banking, processing finance applications, and much more.
During her seven years with Comet, Zoe quickly progressed into the role of Customer Service Manager. Throughout her time there, she gained invaluable experience across all areas of business operations, including stocktaking, auditing, staff training, third-party communications, report development, and operational management.
In September 2007, Zoe was delighted to discover she was expecting her first child. With her partner successfully running a roofing company, she was fortunate enough to take a career break to focus on raising her family, something that had always been important to her. In September 2009, she welcomed her second child.
By January 2017, with her children settled and older, Zoe decided to return to work and was quickly offered a position at CRS. In this demanding role, she excelled rapidly, using her previous experience to progress to Office Manager within just 12 months.
Zoe ensures that all members of the administration team are fully trained on both client-based systems and internal company processes. She also oversees claim progression with a proactive and forward thinking approach. Zoe has been instrumental in the continued growth and success of the business.
Lewis Wright
Operations Manager
Lewis is our longest-serving member of staff. Born in Coventry, he moved to Torquay at the age of six, where he later attended school and grew up.
After leaving school, Lewis attended college to study painting and decorating, before working in the industry for a short period. He joined CRS in 2016 as a Trainee Technician.
It quickly became clear that Lewis’ mindset, determination, and practical nature would allow him to excel within the industry. Through hard work and dedication, he achieved accreditation as a Senior Technician with the BDMA.
Today, Lewis oversees all operations at Complete Restoration Services Ltd, managing every aspect of operational delivery across all teams within the company.
