Managed and run by our Managing Director Matthew Young, his many years of experience in the Armed Forces and NHS means our standards and quality of workmanship are exceptional, with a big focus on attention to detail and customer care.
Our staff have many years of experience in the industry, trained to nationally recognised standards and as a company we hold full public and employers liability insurance.
We operate from our head office in Torquay however we cover Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset with dedicated technicians based in strategic areas to cover the South West with a highly proficient service.

Matthew Young – Managing Director
Matt started his working journey at 16 as he enlisted into the British Army. From his personal perspective this time in his life is where certain characteristics and work ethic were grained into him. During his time he did two tours of Afghanistan and 1 tour of Iraq. After 7 years in the Army Matt felt he had done enough and left and returned to his home in Torquay.
Upon leaving the Army he applied and successfully joined the Ambulance Service as an Emergency Care Assistant working alongside Paramedics on frontline ambulances. Matt stated that he worked with extraordinary people carrying out their job in unthinkable conditions and scenes. Matt very much enjoyed this work however a close family friend was retiring from a business he was familiar with and he felt it right to take this new role on.
Matt took over CRS Clean SW Ltd from a small company that traded as Complete Restoration Services. This company traded for over 20 years with the one owner. Matt ensured that when he took on this business he exhumed every part of experience that this predecessor had seen in their time.
Fast forward to today and Matt manages arguably the biggest independent regional provider of Flood and Fire Services in the South West. Matt manages all operations and he is very much based in the field doing the work which he thoroughly enjoys.
Zoe Donnelly – Office Manager
Zoe also started her working life at 16 at a busy newsagents in Torquay town centre. Within 18 months she was given the Store managers role on her 18th Birthday.
In December 2000 she was offered a job as Comets Administrator. In this role she was responsible for supervising a team of cashiers, providing training, monitoring and assistance with operational activities, banking, processing Finance applications etc.
Zoe worked for Comet for 7 years and progressed swiftly into the role of Customer service manager. In various roles during this time she developed an invaluable experience in all areas of a running business from stock taking, spot checks, staff training to auditing, 3rd party communicating and report development.
In September 2007 she was overjoyed to find she was expecting her 1st child. With her partner running a successful Roofing company she was lucky to be financially stable enough to be able to take a career break. This was important to her and had always been her plan to stay at home to raise her children until they were in middle school. In September 2009 she then went on to have her 2nd child.
In January 2017 as her children were stable and settled enough she started to seek work and was quickly offered a job here at CRS Clean SW Ltd. In this extremely demanding role she has excelled using the experience of her formal employment to rise to Office Manager within 12 months.
Zoe is the backbone of the day to running of the business ensuring all communication with clients, Policy holders and 3rd parities are dealt with emphatically.
